Product Manager, Growth

Job Description

Help scale one of the world’s fastest-growing AI products. Claude already serves tens of millions of users across web, mobile, and desktop. As Product Manager, Growth at Anthropic, you will own the levers that turn that momentum into sustained, responsible growth.

You will design and ship the product experiences that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization while staying true to Anthropic’s commitment to safe and beneficial AI. This is a high-ownership role working side-by-side with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and research teams.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end growth product strategy for Claude across consumer and business surfaces.
• Identify the highest-leverage opportunities in the user journey and turn them into clear, prioritized roadmaps.
• Lead ideation, experimentation, and launch of features that move core growth metrics.
• Partner closely with data science to design rigorous A/B tests, define success metrics, and interpret results.
• Conduct and synthesize user research so every decision is grounded in real user behavior and friction points.
• Collaborate with marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure product and acquisition channels reinforce each other.
• Balance speed of iteration with Anthropic’s high bar for safety, reliability, and long-term user trust.
• Communicate strategy, trade-offs, and results clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
