Job Description
Join Morgan Stanley’s Digital Platforms team and help shape the next generation of banking and cash-management experiences for wealth-management clients.
We are building a unified digital banking platform that brings everyday banking and sophisticated wealth tools together in one seamless experience across web and mobile. As a Digital Banking Product Manager at the Assistant Vice President level, you will own key product initiatives that drive deposit growth, increase digital engagement, and strengthen our cash-management offerings.
What you will do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital banking capabilities on Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE platforms.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, legal, risk, compliance, fraud, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and client-centric features.
- Translate business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritised backlogs while managing overall project delivery in an Agile environment.
- Lead client research, usability testing, and data analysis; turn insights into product improvements that boost adoption and satisfaction.
- Design innovative products that give clients market-leading ways to save, move, manage, and grow their money—including mobile apps, websites, and embedded AI experiences.
- Research competitive landscapes in digital banking, payments, and wealth-management cash solutions to keep our offerings ahead of the market.
- Present progress, metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Who thrives in this role
- Professionals with 3+ years of technology product management or software-delivery experience, ideally in consumer technology, banking, wealth management, or top-tier consulting focused on digital strategy.
- Candidates who understand retail banking deposit products, payment systems, and emerging digital technologies.
- People who combine strategic thinking with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and a natural ability to build relationships across internal and external partners.
- Self-starters comfortable in a fast-paced environment who take ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Those with a solid grasp of web and mobile technologies, a focus on usability, and an eye for clean, intuitive design.
You will work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting where your ideas directly influence how clients interact with their finances every day. Success means delivering scalable solutions that deepen client relationships and position Morgan Stanley as a leader in digital banking.
This role requires a BA/BS degree. Experience with Agile methodologies is essential. Prior exposure to banking systems or fintech product development is a strong plus.
If you are ready to own high-impact products that blend wealth management with everyday banking, we want to hear from you.

- Opportunities for career mobility across the firm for high performers.
- Collaborative culture that values diverse backgrounds, exceptional ideas, and client-first thinking.
- Access to industry-leading resources and continuous learning in a global financial services leader.
