Amphenol Sensors is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead global growth for the Telaire product portfolio - a market-leading brand in CO₂, refrigerant, and air quality gas sensing solutions for HVAC and automotive industries. This is a strategic, commercially driven role at the intersection of technology, business development, and global market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global product strategy and identify new growth opportunities across HVAC and automotive markets
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive revenue growth
- Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative sensing solutions
- Manage full product lifecycle from concept through commercialization
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market execution, product positioning, and pricing strategies
- Represent Telaire at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows globally
- Shape future product direction through emerging sensing technologies and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, technical sales, or related commercial leadership
- Strong understanding of HVAC, automotive, environmental sensing, or related industrial markets
- Engineering background or strong technical aptitude in sensors, instrumentation, or environmental monitoring
- Proven success driving profitable growth, product strategy, and market expansion
- Experience managing product lifecycle from concept through commercialization
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively across a global, cross-functional organization
- Preferred
- Knowledge of CO₂, refrigerant, air quality, or related gas sensing technologies
- Experience with international markets and global customer engagement
