Job Description
Electronic Arts is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the scalability and growth of their Creator Portal and Admin experience within the UGX Creator Network team. This role sits at the intersection of gaming, creator ecosystems, and platform product management - helping EA Studios launch and operate Creator Programs at scale through standardized, configurable solutions.
You'll own key product areas end-to-end, working across engineering, design, studio partners, and Central Technology teams to deliver reusable capabilities that let studios onboard faster and operate more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product areas across the Creator Portal and Admin experience from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration
- Partner with engineering and design to build reusable, configuration-driven capabilities that scale across studios and program models
- Work directly with studio partners to translate program goals into standardized product requirements
- Define clear boundaries between what's standardized, configurable, and within controlled customization tiers
- Collaborate with Central Technology teams on shared services - content pipelines, revenue sharing, moderation, player safety, and data insights
- Improve usability and consistency across Creator experiences through shared UX patterns and design system adoption
- Lead cross-functional planning including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, sprint goals, dependency management, QA/UAT, and launch readiness
- Communicate decisions and progress clearly to studios, partners, and leadership on tradeoffs, milestones, risks, and outcomes
Requirements
- 4–6 years of product experience in gaming, creator ecosystems, user-generated content, digital marketplaces, or consumer tech
- Proven track record shipping products in cross-functional teams spanning multiple partners, workflows, or customer groups
- Ability to lead through influence - aligning engineering, design, analytics, and stakeholders around clear priorities
- Strong product judgment and systems thinking - comfortable balancing standardization with flexibility at scale
- Data-informed decision-making - able to define success metrics, use analytics to guide iteration, and communicate impact
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
- Domain exposure in gaming, creator ecosystems, user-generated content, marketplaces, or consumer platforms
