Senior Product Manager – Cortex Platform

Job Description

Snowflake is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution for the Cortex LLM Platform - the high-performance AI infrastructure powering Snowflake Intelligence, Cortex Agents, Cortex AI functions, and customer-facing REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and long-term roadmap for Snowflake's LLM platform layer
• Partner with senior engineering and architecture teams to innovate on AI infrastructure and high-performance services
• Lead 0-to-1 launches of new Cortex platform capabilities, including serverless-style AI compute
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Snowflake's AI organization, synthesizing requirements from partner teams into a cohesive platform plan
• Track key metrics - inference performance, GPU utilization, and margins - to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with enterprise Platform Architects to validate AI infrastructure designs and gather feedback via preview programs

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure, LLM serving platforms, or cloud compute systems
• Deep technical fluency in LLM serving, distributed systems, API contracts, and cloud architecture
• Proven ability to lead through influence across global engineering and product teams
• Experience presenting to executive leadership
• Comfort using modern AI and design tools to mock up wireframes and PRDs
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

• Experience working with enterprise-scale data or AI platforms
• Background in GPU/inference optimization or cloud cost efficiency
