Job Description
Logitech's fast-growing Logitech for Business division is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead growth strategy for its Services team - a unit building revenue-generating services that complement Logitech's market-leading video collaboration and personal productivity hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Logitech for Business Services customer journey - from awareness and trial through acquisition, expansion, and renewal
- Build cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, data science, sales, customer success, marketing, and operations to align goals, priorities, and investments
- Own complex, multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end, from defining requirements and success metrics to driving cross-team execution
- Conduct user research and partner feedback sessions to deeply understand B2B customer needs and translate learnings to internal stakeholders
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across the user lifecycle
- Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and status clearly to both cross-functional teams and executive leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of delivering high-quality, customer-facing experiences
- Strong background in B2B product management with a focus on customer journey and growth strategies
- Data-driven mindset - ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
- Experience leveraging AI/LLM-powered tools and workflows to improve product experiences
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, UX, or equivalent experience
Preferred
- Experience with customer lifecycle and retention strategies
- Familiarity with subscription or services-based B2B business models
- Background working with channel partners and distributors
