Senior Product Manager, Adobe.com Platform

Job Description

Adobe is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Adobe.com's design system - the backbone of one of the most visited corporate websites in the world. This is a high-impact platform role where you'll own a cross-functional squad of design, engineering, and publishing professionals, driving consistency, performance, and scalability across Adobe's entire web ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Adobe.com's design system
• Translate business and ecosystem needs into epics, features, and clear acceptance criteria
• Lead quarterly planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning
• Partner with engineering leads on architecture decisions, performance budgets, reusability, and scalability
• Drive design system adoption across all Adobe.com properties
• Build and present compelling business cases to executives, partners, and customers
• Participate in vision refinement sessions across business, build, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of Web Product Management or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of launching products in web/mobile environments with strong command of web technologies
• Experience with Web CMS platforms or front-end systems of a high-traffic website
• Strong ability to write product requirements, functional specs, and user stories
• Experience working across geographies and understanding regional needs
• Highly analytical - data-driven decision making is core to how you work
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and navigate ambiguity

Preferred

• Experience with design systems specifically
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale publishing and governance workflows
