As a Rotational Product Manager you will drive one or more concrete projects inside a product area. You will define what success looks like, prioritize the most important problems, and choose the solutions that move the overall goals forward. Day to day you partner closely with engineers, designers, researchers, and data scientists. Together you shape a roadmap, hit milestones, clear blockers, and keep the team healthy and productive.

• Own outcomes — Set clear success metrics, decide what to build (and what not to build), and stay accountable for results.
• Work cross-functionally — Align roadmaps across teams, influence partners, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
• Ground decisions in evidence — Pull user research, product insights, and market signals into every major choice.
• Communicate with clarity — Keep stakeholders at every level informed of plans, progress, and trade-offs without jargon.
• Grow the team — Lead and motivate the people around you while learning how Meta builds products at scale.

You will leave the program with hands-on experience navigating the full product lifecycle, from ambiguous problem to shipped impact. Successful participants are often considered for full-time Product Manager roles at Meta.

We are looking for candidates who already have experience working with cross-functional product teams, can analyze data to guide decisions, and know how to turn messy user needs into coherent product direction. A bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred but not required) plus at least four years of relevant industry or product experience is the baseline.

Preferred candidates will also show comfort integrating modern AI tools into their workflow to improve speed and quality, an understanding of responsible AI practices, and a habit of staying current with emerging technology. These skills help you contribute from day one and accelerate your growth inside the program.
