Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Hybrid

Salary: $174,632 – $197,165 per year
IBM is hiring a Product Manager to join its enterprise software organization, based in Armonk, New York, with up to 100% remote work available for the right candidate anywhere in the US. This is a broad, cross-functional mandate — you won't just own a backlog, you'll own the story that connects customer needs, engineering execution, and go-to-market success.
You'll report into a product organization that values evidence over opinion. Every roadmap decision here is expected to be traceable back to real feedback from practitioners, field teams, and engineering — not gut feel.
Required:
Most PM roles narrow you into one lane — either strategy, or delivery, or data. This one doesn't. You'll flex between writing a PRD in the morning and presenting a Power BI dashboard to leadership in the afternoon, then jumping on a call with field sales to align on a launch. For a Product Manager who wants breadth across the entire commercial and technical surface of a product — not just a slice of it — this is a rare combination.
Add in the flexibility of up to full remote work, and the stability of building a career inside one of the world's most established enterprise technology companies, and this becomes a role worth a serious look — whether you're based in the Northeast or anywhere else in the US.
Best suited for PMs who are equally comfortable turning messy, cross-functional input into a roadmap people believe in, and turning raw data into a dashboard that actually changes a decision.
