Job Description
The New Content Exploration (NCE) team within Netflix's Product Merchandising organization is hiring a Product Manager to lead Games-specific discovery and engagement experiences across TV, mobile, tablet, and web. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Tech, and Games Studio - shaping how members find and engage with games alongside Netflix's broader content strategy (Live, Podcasts, and more).
Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, member needs, roadmap, and experimentation approach for games discovery
- Build and prioritize a project roadmap, taking concepts from idea through validation, shipping, and iteration
- Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, consumer insights, merchandising, and data science
- Author strategy memos and presentations for senior leadership
- Drive alignment across the broader PM community on how games fits the bigger content picture
- Use A/B testing and data-informed judgment to guide decisions and measure impact
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing consumer products and features
- Experience working on games streaming products at scale, with strong understanding of the games lifecycle
- Proven ability to own the end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Demonstrated cross-organizational leadership and alignment-building
- Strong experience with A/B testing, metrics tracking, and test design with data science partners
Preferred
- Experience balancing complex tradeoffs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- High attention to detail connecting small experience elements to big-picture goals
- Availability during PST hours for West Coast cross-functional collaboration
