Product Manager, Agentic AI Platform

Job Description

Trimble is hiring a Product Manager to lead its Agentic Services Platform - the conversational AI foundation powering next-generation tools for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the vision for conversational and agentic AI platform capabilities
• Lead API design with a developer-first mindset, ensuring exceptional technical experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specs and feature launches
• Build and manage a strategic product roadmap based on developer needs, feasibility, and business impact
• Drive agile project management across matrixed teams, proactively managing risks

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical product management experience with platforms, APIs, or enterprise software infrastructure
• Proven track record launching and managing AI-enabled products
• Strong developer empathy and passion for productivity tooling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Strong analytical skills with a self-starter, ownership-driven mentality

Preferred

• Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) software
• Familiarity with large-scale agentic workflows or LLM integrations
• Background in startup environments or ground-floor corporate initiatives
