This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of enterprise SaaS, regulated industry workflows, and AI - focused on building scalable product capabilities for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech customers.
You will own the full product area covering field events, speaker programs, advisory boards, home office events, approvals, budgets, compliance, and customer engagement - from strategy through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and release scope for Events Management within AFLS
- Translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements, user workflows, data model requirements, and delivery plans
- Partner across product, engineering, design, architecture, solution engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams
- Identify opportunities to simplify regulated event workflows through automation, AI, guided experiences, and compliance-by-design
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, CRM, workflow platforms, or related SaaS
- Proven ownership of complex product areas from discovery through delivery - roadmap, requirements, prioritization, release
- Strong systems thinking across workflows, data models, roles, permissions, approvals, integrations, and operational dependencies
- Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams to make tradeoffs and deliver scalable capabilities
Preferred
- Background in life sciences, healthcare, medtech, pharma, or another regulated industry
- Hands-on experience with events management, speaker programs, advisory boards, grants, compliance workflows, contracts, or payments
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, field force workflows, or industry cloud products
- Experience applying AI, automation, guided workflows, or agentic experiences to enterprise business processes
