Job Description
Uber is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead consumer product strategy across its Eats and Rides platforms. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on transforming the user experience from transactional to a cross-app lifestyle platform - deepening loyalty, maximizing Customer Lifetime Value, and building products that create genuine emotional resonance with consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year global roadmap for the cross-platform consumer experience, with a focus on disproportionate value delivery and LTV maximization
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team built around extreme ownership, technical excellence, and rapid experimentation
- Use advanced data analysis to decode user behavior, identify friction points, and lead large-scale A/B experimentation across the product funnel
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design leadership to deliver a unified user experience across the full Uber product ecosystem
- Unify the Eats and Rides consumer experiences to create unique cross-platform value for Uber's most loyal users
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping scaled consumer technology products
- Expert-level ability to turn complex data into actionable product strategy
- Proven experience managing and developing senior PM talent in matrixed, global organizations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent technical experience
Preferred
- Track record of simplifying complex operational constraints into intuitive, frictionless user interfaces
- Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and supply/demand balancing levers
- Bias for action - able to execute on both high-level strategy and granular product details
- Ability to translate broad executive direction into structured, stakeholder-aligned roadmaps
