Product Manager, Apple Pay

Job Description

Apple Pay is hiring a Product Manager to own the end-to-end card provisioning experience and lead fraud prevention innovation across the Wallet ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Human Interface, Engineering, Legal, Business Development, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations
• Drive innovation in provisioning and fraud prevention that protects users while reducing friction
• Build product strategy and roadmaps for the provisioning and risk platform
• Drive go-to-market planning and execution across partners
• Collaborate with Networks, Issuers, and Merchants on product development

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building and launching consumer products
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, marketing, and legal
• Technical foundation with ability to engage on system-level tradeoffs
• Expertise in card provisioning, ID&V, tokenization, fraud detection, and chargeback flows
• Fluency with payment ecosystem players (Networks, Issuers, token service providers)

Preferred

• Track record impacting fraud and provisioning approval metrics
• Working knowledge of ML applied to risk decisioning
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (3-D Secure, SCA)
• MBA or advanced degree a plus
