Director, Product Management

Autodesk is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead strategy and execution for its Graphics and Visualization platform products. This senior product leadership role involves defining product vision, driving roadmap execution, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and leading high-performing product teams across global markets.

The role requires deep expertise in Graphics technologies, BIM modeling, and enterprise-scale product leadership. The selected candidate will partner with engineering, business strategy, sales, and customers to shape Autodesk’s visualization solutions and long-term product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead graphics and visualization product strategy across Autodesk
• Build and maintain customer-focused product roadmaps
• Define and track strategic objectives, KPIs, and business outcomes
• Partner with engineering, sales, and business leaders
• Lead and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners
• Drive customer engagement and represent Autodesk externally
• Align product initiatives with market opportunities and company strategy
• Manage large-scale cross-functional product programs
• Communicate product vision clearly to executive stakeholders and customers

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Product Management or Graphics technology leadership experience
• 5+ years managing Product Managers or Product Owners
• Strong understanding of Graphics and BIM Modeling
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical and business strategy skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA degree
• Experience in AEC industry
• Strong financial and business case development experience
• Strong industry presence within graphics community
