Staff Inbound Product Manager – SAM (Software Asset Management)

Job Description

This Staff Inbound PM role sits within the Software Asset Management (SAM) business unit - a fast-growing product portfolio at the intersection of IT, licensing, and AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product features for a fast-growing SAM product portfolio in collaboration with engineering
• Build and maintain customer relationships through design programs, product advisory councils, demos, and presentations
• Champion customer needs across product management, sales, and marketing to influence product strategy
• Work cross-functionally with other product teams to deliver joint features that create value across IT and beyond
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of PMs toward shared customer success goals

Requirements

• 8+ years of software product management, Software Asset Management, or Software Publisher Licensing experience
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking at enterprise software scale
• Experience integrating or critically evaluating AI in work processes, decision-making, or workflows
• Strong prioritization skills with a focus on high-impact activities
• Proven ability to gather product requirements and translate them into a roadmap
• Comfortable presenting to and communicating with customers and stakeholders
• Deep curiosity about customer needs with a track record of delivering customer-centric solutions

Preferred

• Experience with AI-powered tools, workflow automation, or AI-driven product insights
• Background in software licensing or publisher compliance at enterprise scale
