Job Description
Intuit's Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) team is hiring a Principal Technical Product Manager to architect their next-generation Agentic AI Platform - the infrastructure that powers autonomous task execution, complex reasoning, and intelligent orchestration across TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a paradigm shift in fintech, transforming Intuit from a software company into an AI-driven expert platform that combines human expertise with AI to deliver real financial outcomes for millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision and roadmap for Intuit's core Agentic AI execution platform
- Lead development of reusable agent libraries and SDKs that standardize how agents are built, deployed, and managed
- Champion a Platform First architecture with extensible execution lifecycles, supporting custom logging, validation, decision modification, and error handling
- Drive product definition for advanced orchestration capabilities including multi-step planning and problem decomposition
- Design strategies for agent observability - tracing execution paths, monitoring plan validity, and maintaining performance at scale
- Build cross-functional relationships and influence roadmaps across senior leadership
- Mentor other Product Managers on technical fluency and platform thinking
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Deep, hands-on experience defining strategy for and shipping LLM-based agentic systems or workflow orchestration at scale
- Strong technical intuition - comfortable engaging with engineering on framework design, API contracts, state management, and AI agent lifecycle
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and strategic narratives
- Demonstrated customer obsession for both end-users and internal developer customers
- Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
- High curiosity, learning mindset, and bias toward experimentation
Preferred
- MBA or advanced technical degree
- Background in fintech or enterprise AI platforms
