Senior AI Server Product Manager

Job Description

Dell Technologies is hiring a Senior AI Server Product Manager to join its Server Product Management team, based in Round Rock, Texas or Hopkinton, Massachusetts. This is a senior-level, cross-functional product leadership role focused on AI-optimized server products and solutions across their full lifecycle - from strategy and requirements through delivery and P&L performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional management of AI-optimized server products and solutions through their entire lifecycle, with full P&L accountability
• Define and execute long-term product strategy and vision for complex enterprise server offerings
• Lead requirements gathering for new products and solutions, including feature/cost trade-off decisions and peripheral platform requirements
• Build and lead cross-functional product teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations
• Develop business cases for new products and enhancements; negotiate priorities with functional leaders
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) at analyst briefings, press interviews, sales training sessions, and partner meetings

Requirements

• Proven experience defining long-term product strategy and vision for enterprise products
• Strong technical background in enterprise server products, including AI-enabled hardware such as GPUs and CPU accelerators
• Business and entrepreneurial acumen with the ability to lead executive-level strategy presentations
• Experience writing detailed functional specifications, collecting requirements, and managing complex product programs
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization and decision-making

Preferred

• 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12+ years with a Master's degree; or 8+ years with a PhD
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and AI infrastructure
