Principal Product Manager – Prisma Browser AI

Job Description

Palo Alto Networks is hiring a Principal Product Manager to help shape the future of Prisma Browser in the age of AI and agentic browsing. This is a high-impact, strategic role at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI - owning product strategy for browser-based features that help enterprise customers leverage AI securely and productively.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product strategy for AI-era browser features, including agentic browser capabilities and securing AI workflows
• Conduct market, competitor, and technology research to build and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap
• Prioritize features, define detailed technical requirements, and collaborate with a dedicated engineering squad to drive delivery
• Partner with product designers to create intuitive, compelling UI/UX experiences
• Work directly with field teams, customers, and market partners to gather feedback and align product decisions
• Serve as the internal domain expert and primary point of contact for Prisma Browser AI features

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in cybersecurity, browser, or IT industry
• Deep expertise in at least one of: AI/AI agents development, cybersecurity product management, browser development, network security (Firewall/Proxy), or host protection (EDR/EPP)
• Strong technical background with solid understanding of software development and web technologies
• Experience analyzing data from multiple sources to inform product strategy
• Proven track record of taking a product from early stage to market maturity
• Experience in high-tier support or escalations management

Preferred

• Experience with Identity Management, Data Leakage Prevention (DLP), or Remote Browser Isolation (RBI) technologies
• Demonstrated ability in both inbound (requirements definition) and outbound (go-to-market) product management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
