ADI's Digital Go-to-Market team is hiring a Digital Product Manager to own product taxonomy, information architecture, and data governance across the enterprise. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product data, content operations, and digital customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the enterprise product taxonomy and navigation hierarchy for Analog.com, aligning with business goals and improving customer experience
- Conduct regular audits of user behavior and search metrics to identify improvements in product navigation and taxonomy
- Facilitate integration between the taxonomy management platform (TMP) and consuming systems including CMS and PIM
- Collaborate with leadership, IT, UX research, and business units to evolve Analog.com's information architecture strategy
- Lead the Governance Committee - setting agenda, approving taxonomy/IA/navigation changes, and coordinating cross-functional input
- Oversee product data governance including data quality, policies, and documentation
- Partner with the Central Data Office to establish data business rules and resolve data-related issues
- Champion taxonomy best practices across the organization through guidance and training
- Stay current on trends in taxonomy, information architecture, and AI
Requirements
- Background in product information management (strongly preferred)
- Electrical Engineering experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience in the semiconductor industry (strongly preferred)
- Expertise in designing and maintaining taxonomies and data models
- Strong understanding of metadata, tagging strategy, and content workflows
- Proficiency in taxonomy management tools and software
- Experience with ontologies, knowledge graphs, and data governance frameworks
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex product concepts into clear classifications
Preferred
- Experience assessing taxonomies and managing content/product migration
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
