Job Description
KLA, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing technology, is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Generative AI (Operations) based in Ann Arbor, MI. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise AI product leadership and operational transformation - ideal for a PM who can bridge business complexity with practical AI delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Operations teams to uncover workflows, pain points, and AI-addressable improvement opportunities
- Own the AI product vision and roadmap for assigned operational domains
- Lead definition, development, and delivery of AI-powered products alongside IT, data, and engineering teams
- Drive early-stage prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and pilots before scaling
- Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams - aligning on goals, scope, and outcomes
- Evaluate and apply emerging AI technologies including generative AI, ML, agentic systems, and automation
- Build and enable an internal AI community within Global Operations through workshops, forums, and coaching
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience (Bachelor's); 6+ years (Master's); 3+ years (PhD)
- Experience leading digital, analytics, or AI-driven products in enterprise or operational environments
- Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML concepts - generative AI, automation, data-driven products
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
Preferred
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
- Advanced degree is a plus
- Experience with agentic AI systems and enterprise-scale deployments
