Job Description
Oracle's Dedicated Cloud team is looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager to deliver best-in-class service at scale for Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy. The primary focus is spearheading strategy and technical requirements around privileged access management, service account governance, credential rotation, emergency access procedures, and immutable audit logging.
The role requires both product and technical depth - you'll work with internal and external customers, navigate complex cross-functional dependencies, and translate customer experience needs into clear product direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive large-scale change across multiple Oracle organizations
- Write product strategy as input to product design
- Identify, define, and prioritize features and capabilities
- Represent the product roadmap and strategy to customers and stakeholders
- Leverage AI to advance product goals
- Define and measure operator experience and performance goals
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks
- Advocate for the customer throughout the product lifecycle
- Create enablement content for customer success
- Manage internal stakeholders through appropriate gates
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on product strategy experience in cloud within the security domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Ability to define and shape product strategy for developer operations and service reliability
- Proven track record shipping new products in an agile environment
- Experience with identity and access management, user interfaces, and APIs
- Strong cross-functional leadership in complex technology projects
