“Platform” means the Placeman website accessible at placeman.co.in and all associated pages and services.
“Recruiter” means any individual or organisation that registers on Placeman to post job listings.
“Job Seeker” means any individual who accesses the Platform to browse job listings or subscribe to email notifications.
“Job Listing” means any job posting submitted by a Recruiter and published on the Platform.
“User” means any person accessing the Platform, whether a Recruiter, Job Seeker, or visitor.
“Content” means all text, data, information, and materials submitted to or displayed on the Platform.
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
Recruiters must register an account to post job listings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Recruiters agree that all job listings submitted to Placeman must:
Placeman reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates these rules without notice or refund.
Each approved job listing remains live on the Platform for 30 days from the date of approval. After 30 days, listings are automatically archived and are no longer visible to job seekers.
Recruiters will receive automated email notifications at the following stages:
Recruiters may repost an expired listing as a new submission at any time.
Once payment systems are live, all new job listings will be subject to the applicable listing fee published on the Platform at that time. Existing listings posted during the free period will not be retroactively charged.
Placeman accepts payments via WooCommerce, Stripe, Wise, and other methods as made available. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Recruiters are solely responsible for:
Job Seekers may browse all published listings without registration. Applying for a job may involve being directed to the recruiter’s own application process. Placeman does not collect or store resumes or CVs.
Job Seekers may opt in to receive email notifications about new job listings. By subscribing, you agree to:
We will not share your email address with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to operate the Platform.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Placeman a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform and in related communications. You retain ownership of content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it.
All content created by Placeman — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Placeman and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Platform Availability: Placeman is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Accuracy of Listings: Placeman does not verify the accuracy of job listings submitted by Recruiters. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on listing content.
No Employment Relationship: Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Placeman and any User.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Placeman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by that User to Placeman in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Placeman and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Placeman reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
Placeman may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@placeman.co.in. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala, India.
For disputes involving Recruiters based in the United States, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve matters amicably before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
