Reddit's Go-to-Market Systems team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to build the internal tooling and workflows that keep its global sales organization moving fast as the company scales. Sitting inside the broader Go-to-Market Strategy org, this team exists to give sellers, account teams, and advertiser-facing staff systems they can actually rely on, instead of forcing them to work around clunky processes.
You'll own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the technology stack behind Reddit's sales motion — everything from account planning and customer health scoring to relationship management, data enrichment, and expansion across lines of business. It's a role for someone who enjoys turning messy, ambiguous business problems into scalable product solutions, and who's genuinely comfortable being the product voice in rooms full of GTM leaders, engineers, and data teams.
This is an internal-platform role with outsized leverage — improvements here ripple across every seller and every advertiser relationship Reddit manages, not just a single product surface.
Reddit is investing heavily in an AI-first approach to its go-to-market motion, and this role is central to that shift. You'll be expected to think beyond individual features and toward the data foundations — entity resolution, enrichment, orchestration — that make AI-powered sales tooling actually usable and trustworthy at scale.
Reddit rounds out this role with a strong benefits package:
